Meta recommends 1440 x 1800 px at a 4:5 ratio, with a minimum width of 600 px. Images can be up to 30 MB.
Meta recommends 1440 x 2560 px at 9:16, keeping roughly 14% at the top, 35% at the bottom and 6% on each side free of text and logos.
Meta recommends 9:16 for Reels, Stories and Status placements, because most people hold their phones vertically.
