1. Cancellations
- All purchases are final.
- Once payment is made and access is granted, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
2. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued, except in the rare cases below:
- Duplicate payment ā If you were charged more than once for the same product.
- Event cancellation ā If we cancel a scheduled webinar and no recording/alternative access is provided.
- Technical issue from our side ā If you never received access to the product due to an error on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You missed a live webinar (a recording will be shared if available).
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased by mistake but received full access.
